Catrice - My First Copperware Party Eyeshadow (Satin Taupe Dupe?)

At the moment, everyone is keen on the new Catrice range. I had not hacked the new range so much, but I wanted to test the new cream and powder eyeshadow after all. After having shown you swatches of the two eyeshadows here, I'd like to introduce My First Copperware Party to you now.

I like the quality of the eyeshadow. It is very well pigmented, blends easily and is silky soft. The crumb is limited.

The most you will probably the comparison to satin taupe interested. And no, in my opinion, Copperware is NOT a 100% Dupe for Satin Taupe. They are very, very similar but a dupe is an absolutely exact copy for me and that is not copperware.

But that's not bad at all! Copperware is warmer and bronzer than satin taupe. I really like both eyeshadows, although I like the Catrice eyeshadow almost better because of its texture, because it gives off more color.

So I like to wear my eye makeup at the moment: a taupe eyeshadow over the complete eyeliner and a colorful eyeliner - basta! So also the following AMU with Copperware and the Zoeva Cream Eyeliner in Exotique:

Conclusion:

A high-quality, brown-brown eyeshadow with a great texture. Such eyeshadows are the reason why Catrice is now so popular and rightly so! An exact dupe to the Satin Taupe is not My First Copperware Party. The difference is so minimal that it will not bother the least.
