Clarins - Rouge Eclat Lipstick in Petal Pink
The new Rouge Eclat series from Clarins is Although it was aimed at anti-aging, after many positive reports from bloggers of the same age, I was curious and tested Petal Pink in recent weeks.
The design of the lipstick is classic Clarins - lots of gold! This is not quite my taste, but the transparent lid does not make the Rouge Eclat look so austere and stale.
The texture has pleasantly surprised me. The lipstick feels incredibly light on the lips, as you would not wear anything. This is mainly due to the slightly waxy texture that blends well with the lips. Although it conceals small dry spots skillfully, but I recommend to apply a Lipbalm before. The conditioning effect is neutral, it neither dries out nor maintains the lips excessively. As I said, as you would not wear anything! The durability was about 2 hours for me, until it was mostly worn out.
The opacity is medium to high, in the following Swatch I have twice with the lipstick over the skin:
The Color Petal Pink is great for everyday wear. A mix of pink and coral emphasizes the lips just so that it does not seem intrusive, but they still have some color. Go to every eye make-up!
The sweet scent may well be familiar to you from other Clarins lipsticks. I like it very much, but nose-sensitive nose should try it out beforehand!
