The "I love eyeshadow palettes" day

The dear Magi has tagged me, probably she knows that there is a lot to get me out on the subject: D But I would have joined in as well, since eyeshadow palettes are my favorite cosmetic products besides eyeliners. Let's start with the questions!

1. What qualities must an eyeshadow palette have to convince you?

First, the eyeshadows must have an excellent Have quality. Of course I also have to like the colors, meanwhile I also use unusual color combinations. I just have too many neutral pallets (as you'll see soon). Since the Urban Decay Palette (Book of Shadows IV), a functional packaging is important to me. If I do not get the palette, most likely I will not use it. It's that simple!

2. Is the packaging important to you?

Absolutely. However, I also make some compromises, for example if the eyeshadow quality is absolutely outstanding, but the packaging is quite simple (wet'n'wild). Although I am happy about a high-quality packaging and pay for it also something on it, but ultimately it depends on the content.

third Do you use the mini-brushes/applicators that come with such a palette?

I used to The little sponge dinges often used, but not anymore. I find it totally OK if others use them, I'm not a brush snob;)

4th Your favorite pallet brand

I have none. As you will soon see, I have pallets from several brands, I do not want to commit myself to one. Every brand has its peculiarities, such as the quality of the eye shadow (hourglass), color selection (nars) or packaging (urban decay, although in this case something special does not have to mean anything positive ...).

5th High End or Drugstore

Both!

. 6 Do you use your palettes more often or do you use your individual eyeshadows?

Unique palettes. I do not have a lot of single shadows (compared to my pallet collection), because I depot most of them anyway and put them in pallets anyway.

7th Do you stick to the color combination given by the palette or do you always mix with other, external eyeshadows?

I always think: Surely there will be a reason why high paid makeup artists and creative directors have just put THESE colors in a palette. Because of that (and out of sheer laziness) I usually stay in a palette. However, I always have a matte highlighter and Taupeton on hand, to even crass colors my "needs to adapt."

So, now I have the I've written a question myself and I'm really hard to answer. Although my heart is currently beating massively for Inglot, my favorite all-rounder is probably the Urban Decay Naked range. Already heard 10,000 times, I know, but it's just good!
